At By Olivia Stockholm Style, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
